Adn yet the weird thing is that if our clerics are wishing upon a star for a culture of "anonymous Christianity" and they can't do this with dialectical materialism or mere "progressive" changing the world, Islam could be just the ticket.
Even Teddy Roosevelt, who proposed a Christianity that was only "muscular," was aware of the potential in Islam for enabling social values to not have to _exist_ out into the world:

Isn't there hope here vs the demographic panicking of and alarmism for whites by Pat Buchanan et al? I mean, the neo-totalitarian system seems not in the least scandalized either by the alarmism or by the demographic statistics. Doesn't this suggest that Anglo-Saxony and Western Europe though with whites as a minority will continue on as hitherto, cranking out the philosophy, the Christian religion, the art and music, the law and political institutions, and the economics that have determined the direction of world history?
Or if Europe and her ejecta into the Americas (Hegel, Sibree ©1955, p. 82) have given up on these things, because instrumental power (non-ego) morally ought to be eager to do value-neutral administration of resources for free Selfs who have the damn right to do whatever they damn well please and to have the Grand Inquisitor's non-ego stride forward to accept the bad side of the karma (Marx, German Ideology, Tucker ed., p. 160) and provide free earthly bread to unreally present Selfs -- well, then, this too is completely cogent logical and empirical proof that Mr Buchanan's alarmism is irrelevant.
For caring for the continuation of a value-neutral system is a contradiction in terms. As in Darwinism strictly consider'd with a view to ongoingness which is to say without the surreptitious introduction of teleologies for 'higher' development, including "social Darwinism" in its current socialistic version (the rational logicalness of everyone's getting along in order to go along, for the mutual advantage of everyone's genetic material's perpetuation). Really, Darwinian randomness couldn't care less whether the genetic material of this that or the other life form continues or not.
If super-nature (the state, God, the ego sum quis ego sum albeit in unconscious non-ego condition) morally and logically ought to be value-free, then the ongoingness or not of nature is even more a matter of utter unimportance.
Why make all this effort for desublimation and then Islamization in Europe? Why the pretense that any of it matters?
It would have been much easier if Christian authorities and Freudian psychiatrists and Marxist revolutionists had all fallen into silence in 1945 offering the explanation that WW2 and the holocaust proves Christian idealism and Freudian sublimation and Marxist humanism are absurd.
Some intellectuals could then have started saying that WW2 and WW1 only disproved Christianity and secularized Christianity, but Islam isn't disproved. Then everyone more or less quickly switches to Islam for meaning and for governmental principles. Easy! And isn't ease what desublimational Selfs demand?

But Marcuse doesn't offer any plan for making Selfs undangerous. As a "Marxist" he could project dangerousness onto the capitalist bourgeoisie, and onto the saboteurs of the Revolution of 1917.
He would retain 'street credibility' for Selfs only in terms of courageous honestness about the satisfactions of desublimation: turns out, pushpin is way way more satisfying than poetry -- although one should add at once that obviously the bourgeois with their repressive version of desublimation have no concern for poetry. But what about envy, then? Don't unattractive Selfs envy Selfs that are smooth with women? and doesn't this re-open the possibility of agôn? Not at all. The only possible motive someone could have for being "better" than other Selfs is to in fact do them down in a dishonest way. Thus, clumsy awkward Selfs are in fact better than attractive Selfs, and the value-neutral wither'd-away into administration state ought to provide the most honestly crass Selfs with women, and boot the fancy Selfs into celibacy until they find the strength to be honest about what they really want, which is to be disgusting to women and yet get fellation.
A Self that makes a personal hygiene effort so as to not have toe jam football is actually much more disgusting in terms of dishonesty than a Self who makes a bogus "sublimation" effort.
With desublimation still driving the agenda, the "West" is still in free fall, no matter what white demographics are. If desublimation isn't a possible ongoing plan for the world, but only in cheled from the world into the underground, then indeed a Califate is necessary since Christians all want to be only anonymous, and dialectical materialism and even anti-semitic racism fear Nietzschean genealogy.
Why wasn't this wrap'd up c.1955? Christianity and Marxism and Freudianism as if refuted by WW2, and anti-semitic racism refuted even more by WW2.
